New Poll Shows Only a Third of Americans Support Maduro’s Removal

Cliff Young, chair of public affairs at Ipsos, says that Americans are concerned that action in Venezuela will lead the US down the path to another forever war, with only a third of Americans telling the polling outfit that they support the removal of Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro. Support is also split by political part — 65% of Republicans backing the action, compared to only 11% of Democrats (Source: Bloomberg)
