Mexico’s Ebrard Says Preliminary Trade Talks With US Encouraging

Mexican Economy Secretary Marcelo Ebrard said he’s encouraged by the start of technical talks with the US to review the North American free trade agreement, even as Canada remains absent from the early negotiations.
