India Says New Delhi Explosion Was a ‘Terrorist Incident’

An explosion near New Delhi’s historic Red Fort on Monday that killed at least eight people and injured many more was a “terrorist incident”, India Information Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said Wednesday after a cabinet meeting.
