Germany Pushes for Rare Earths Access at High-Stakes China Talks

German Finance Minister Lars Klingbeil began his high-stakes visit to Asia by calling on Beijing to allow for “reliable access” to critical raw materials such as rare earths, as frictions over trade restrictions between the US, China and Europe ramp up.
