Ecuador’s Noboa Seeks Trump Summit Near Key Referendum

Ecuador’s President Daniel Noboa is seeking to meet US President Donald Donald Trump within days of a Nov. 16 vote on whether to change the nation’s constitution, the 37-year-old heir to a banana empire said.
