Biggest Baltic Rail Project Needs EU’s Help, Latvia Premier Says

Latvia’s prime minister said he intends to approach the European Union’s executive arm with a new plan for the Rail Baltica train link, as the Baltic region’s biggest infrastructure project is unlikely to be completed on time.
