Xi and Takaichi Set to Meet Friday to Talk Rare Earths, Security

China’s President Xi Jinping and Japan’s new Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi will hold talks on the sidelines of the APEC conference Friday, as tensions spanning from trade to security continue to simmer between the two countries.
