Ukraine Claims New Strike on Major Russia Oil-Export Refinery

Ukraine said it attacked the Kirishi oil refinery, known as Kinef, in Russia’s Leningrad region overnight, the second time in a month as Kyiv continues pressure on Russian energy facilities.
