Swiss Face Higher Fighter-Jet Cost as US Squeezes Government

Switzerland faces additional costs of as much as 1.3 billion Swiss francs ($1.6 billion) to buy Lockheed Martin Corp. F-35A fighter jets after failing to push through a fixed-price deal, in another setback for the government after the US slapped surprisingly high tariffs on the country.
