Superyacht Linked to Usmanov Ruled Not Under EU Sanctions

A superyacht linked to Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov’s family can no longer be considered frozen under the European Union’s sanctions regime, a Frankfurt court ruled, allowing the shipyard maintaining the vessel to seek payment for years of maintenance.
