Russian Strike on Kyiv Kills 11 Ahead of NATO Summit

Russia carried out a massive air attack on Ukraine a day before the leaders of NATO countries are set to meet for their annual summit. Eleven people were killed and 46 injured in the overnight strikes on Kyiv that caused damage in four districts of the city, according to a post on Telegram by Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
