Peru’s Jerí to Declare Emergency as Migrants Block Chile Border

Peruvian President José Jerí said he is pushing ahead with plans to declare a state of emergency as migrants block the country’s southern border with Chile, from where undocumented foreigners are apparently fleeing ahead of a threatened crackdown on migration.
