France Clears Sale of EDF Data Center Unit to Bitcoin Miner MARA

US Bitcoin miner MARA Holdings Inc. completed its purchase of a majority stake in a data center unit owned by Electricite de France SA, with the government signing off on condition that a French investor take a stake.
