CIA Chief Ratcliffe Leads US Delegation to Cuba to Urge Talks

Central Intelligence Agency Director John Ratcliffe led a US delegation to Cuba and conveyed to officials there that the administration wished to negotiate with the communist government, but only if it made changes, an agency official said Thursday.
