US, Allies Propose Transitional Plan to End Sudan Conflict

Foreign ministers of the US, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt released the outline for a plan to end the conflict in Sudan, calling for an immediate three-month ceasefire followed by a permanent one.
