Ukraine Says It Targeted Russian Military Plant, Oil Station

Ukraine said it used Flamingo missiles to attack a military plant in Russia’s Volgograd and drones to strike an oil station in the Vladimir region close to Moscow, as Kyiv aims to bring Moscow to the negotiating table to end the war.
