Ukraine Commits to Buying up to 100 Rafale Fighters

Ukraine has signed a letter of intent to buy as many as 100 Rafale fighter jets, built by Dassault Aviation SA, Agence France-Presse reported, citing French President Emmanuel Macron’s office.
