Russia to Quit Plutonium Pact as Moscow Laments State of US Ties

Russian lawmakers voted to abandon a defunct treaty with the US on the disposal of military-grade plutonium as Moscow said momentum stemming from the Alaska summit between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin has been exhausted.
