Reeves Says London IPO Critics Were ‘Wrong’ as New Rules Kick In

Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves is set to say critics of the UK’s capital markets “were wrong” and herald “a new golden age for the City” at the London Stock Exchange on Monday, as new rules to make it easier to raise public capital in Britain kick in.
