Lithuania ‘Welcomes’ US Troops, Says Foreign Minister

Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys said that Vilnius welcomes US troops “wherever they are” on the continent, though said the closer those forces are to Russia the more effective their role in deterrence.
