Israel, Lebanon Extend Ceasefire 45 Days After Washington Talks

Israel and Lebanon agreed to extend a ceasefire for 45 days to allow for more talks, the US State Department said on Friday, as the Trump administration tries to tamp down a conflict that’s made ending the war against Iran more difficult.
