And last weekend, it got a fresh national spotlight, when Saturday Night Live opened its show with a shot of the DC institution. Bloomberg’s “Balance of Power” host Joe Mathieu spoke with owner Billy Martin – the fourth Billy Martin to own and operate the restaurant – about its history and its staying power.
