Rubio Heads to Gulf After US-Iran Talks Get Off to Rocky Start

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio met United Arab Emirates President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday, as he looks to assure Gulf allies of the strength of an interim peace agreement with Iran.
