Magyar Hopes for Deal With Ukraine This Week to Open EU Talks

Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar said he hoped to close “technical” talks with Kyiv this week over a minority rights issue that is holding up the start of Ukraine’s formal negotiations to join the European Union.
