India Regulator Fines IndiGo $2.4 Million Over December Meltdown

India’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation said late Saturday that it imposed a penalty of over 220 million rupees ($2.4 million) on IndiGo and chided the airline’s executives over their December flight cancellations.
