EU Poised to Clinch €90 Billion Ukraine Loan

European Union foreign ministers are meeting today in Luxembourg amid hopes of an imminent breakthrough on the €90 billion ($106 billion) loan for Ukraine vetoed by Hungary. Though procedurally any move to free up the money will be taken tomorrow at a meeting of EU ambassadors, the outgoing government in Budapest has signaled it will lift its block if oil resumes flowing through the damaged Druzhba pipeline through Ukraine.
