Russia Orders Euroclear to Pay €200 Billion to Central Bank

A Russian court ordered the Euroclear Ltd. clearinghouse to pay €200 billion ($233 billion) to the nation’s central bank, according to the Interfax news service, in a suit related to the European Union’s freeze of Russian assets.
